Our team of experts consists of seasoned professionals with diverse backgrounds and a shared passion for empowering educational institutions. Together, we bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and creativity to every project, ensuring innovative solutions and exceptional service.
Founders Conal and Ailish Markey have over 25 years experience creating high-quality digital learning solutions.
We founded Optech with the goal of engaging in diverse education projects and further develop our capabilities in providing solutions for learners across various fields and backgrounds.
Prior to this, we both worked in management roles in various education companies, from online learning and schools publishing to corporate and financial learning organisations. Ailish also worked as a high school math teacher in the US for several years. Over time we have built a broad knowledge of how to deliver top-quality programs in all areas and we pride ourselves on our wide client base.
We believe in education being a lifelong endeavour and we love to work with companies that improve their people’s knowledge and experience while they grow within the organisation.
